A slightly different, limited version from Nishioka Sake Brewery

We polish 60 % of Matsuyama Mitsui rice, which is our specialty , and bottle only the Arabashiri part.

It is hand-packed immediately after squeezing, and it is fresh because the gas feeling derived from fermentation remains.
A limited-edition sake with a bitterness like the thin skin of grapefruit and mandarin orange, and a voluminous flavor.
