A white wine reminiscent of the dazzling midsummer sun

This wine is an Albariño blend made up of six different types of Albariño.
Woody manages 2.2 hectares alone, and the true strength of the company is that it is able to produce unique light- to medium- to full-bodied spirits by ensuring quantity while diversifying harvest times.

The theme is purity, resulting in wines that are complex yet maintain a single varietal focus.
It has a steely finish, yet refreshing aromas of green apple and sudachi, and also has sweet notes of peach and jasmine, with a consistent crisp acidity at its core, embodying the individuality of the variety.

WOODY FARM & WINERY has two faces: a domaine winery that makes wine using only grapes grown in its own fields at the foot of Mt. Zao in Yamagata, and an orchard dedicated to cultivating high-quality fruit.
The grapes are grown organically with reduced use of pesticides (specially cultivated as certified by Yamagata Prefecture), and Woody Farm's current form is a reflection of its journey to express through its fruit trees what is possible only in this land.
