【WOODY FARM & WINERY Barrel Fermented Sauvignon Blanc 2019】

A white wine reminiscent of the refreshing breezes of Kaminoyama

This wine offers a rich and elegant aroma and taste that only fully ripened yellow Sauvignon Blanc grapes can produce.
Stored in old barrels to respect its fruitiness, the subtle vanilla notes from the oak will allow you to truly experience its mellowness and floral delicacy.

WOODY FARM & WINERY is a domaine winery that produces wine solely from grapes grown in its own vineyards at the foot of Mount Zao in Yamagata, and also has an orchard that cultivates high-quality fruits.
The grapes are grown using organic reduced-pesticide methods (certified special cultivation by Yamagata Prefecture), and the journey of expressing what can only be done in this land through fruit cultivation is what defines Woody Farm today.
