[Adagio di Kaminoyama Koshu 2023]

A dry white wine with a strong fruity aroma, made using Koshu with a high sugar content.

Made using 100% fully ripened Koshu grapes grown in our own vineyard.
The wine is made from fresh, pure juice with a 50% juice yield, carefully extracted using a manual basket press.

The Koshu grapes used have a sugar content of 19 degrees when harvested, resulting in a wine with a very fruity aroma.
It has an aroma of lemon and green apple, and when you put it in your mouth, you can taste peach, herbs, and minerals in its rich flavor.
