[Adagio di Uenoyama Koshu]

A dry, fruity white wine made from high-sugar Koshu grapes

We use 100% Koshu variety that is fully ripened in our own garden.
The wine is made from fresh fruit juice that has been carefully squeezed with a manual basket press machine and has a 50% squeeze rate.

The Koshu grapes used have a sugar content of 19 degrees at the time of harvest, making the wine very fruity.
The scent of lemon and green apple, and the rich taste in the mouth gives you a sense of peach, herbs, and minerals.
