It has a fragrance reminiscent of mandarin oranges and pink grapefruit, and a deep aroma reminiscent of dried roses, roasted green tea, cumin, and agarwood.

It has a beautiful acidity and a pleasant bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste, enhancing the sweetness and flavor of the fruit.
