We use Delaware from Shimoiwasaki Water, Delaware from Nagao Kamiiwasaki, Koshu, and Petit Manseng, which belong to the celebration area.

This year's wine has good foam, a lemony citrus flavor, and a beautiful golden color.
You can feel the sharpness and acidity, giving it a sharper impression than usual.

The aroma is strong enough, with ripe nuts and brioche aromas in the mouth and aromas from the Delaware lingering on the finish, with a slightly strong jasmine-like aroma.
