Made with Delaware grapes from Shimo-Iwasaki Mizuwake and Kami-Iwasaki Nagao in the Iwai district, as well as Koshu and Petit Manseng grapes.

It offers the aroma of white flowers from Delaware, with citrus notes spreading, and a stable quality. It's finished with a slightly sweeter taste than usual, making it easy to drink.
