[Domaine Oyamada Celebrating 2022

The only sparkling wine made by Mr. Oyamada

The grapes used are Delaware from Shimoiwasaki Mizubun, which belongs to the Iwaiwa region, Delaware, Koshu, and Petit Manseng from Kamiiwasaki Choson.

It produces gentle bubbles and initially releases a scent reminiscent of ramune and sugar candy.
The aroma is of white flowers, grapefruit and candied lemon peel, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

At this stage, the wine feels fresh, but it will be exciting to see how it changes with age.
