The concept is northern elegance

Located in Ama, Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, it is planted with Vitis vinifera in hedgerow cultivation.
Located at an altitude of about 700m, it has many sunny days and low night temperatures, which allows the vineyards to maintain their acidity, making it an ideal location for grapes.

Since 2015, the vineyard has been expanded by 30a, and the black grapes are now a new blend of young vines of Cabernet Franc, Trousseau, and Mourvedre.

The aroma is strong from the top, but it also has a calm acidity and gives a moist impression, reminiscent of a coniferous forest after the rain and matsutake mushrooms.
As the reddish-black fruits slowly emerge, the hard saltiness and velvety tannins that have melted during aging in the mouth are well balanced, giving the wine a sophisticated flavor.
The aftertaste is delicate, yet full of aroma that will make you want to drink more.
