The concept is northern elegance

Located in Ama, Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, it is planted with Vitis vinifera in hedgerow cultivation.
Located at an altitude of about 700m, it has many sunny days and low night temperatures, which allows the vineyards to maintain their acidity, making it an ideal location for grapes.

Since 2015, the vineyard has been expanded by 30a, and the black grapes are now a new blend of young vines of Cabernet Franc, Trousseau, and Mourvedre.

The top scent is of gentle forest champignon.
It may be a little quiet when first released, but the fragrance is very seductive.
