・About Fuji Sake Brewery
Founded in 1778 (Yasuei 7). This is Eikoh Fuji, a sake brewery in the Oyama area of Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, which is associated with Kiyomasa Kato, a warlord of the Sengoku period.
We are working on almost four-season brewing, and we are particular about the difference in sake rice and yeast, such as Amane Shusui, Nanahoshi, and Mori no Kumasan, which are fresh every month.
We offer a variety of unfiltered unprocessed sake.
