A dry white wine that combines elegance and strength

Made with 100% high-quality Koshu grapes from the Torii-daira district of Katsunuma-cho, which was highly valued by Shigekazu Misawa, the fourth-generation owner of Chuo Budoshu.
The harvested grapes are carefully selected, and the top lot is fermented in old French oak barrels and stored in stainless steel tanks.

Pale yellow color with a hint of grey.
The volume of the scent is rich, with fruit scents such as yellow apples and pears, spices such as white pepper, and roasted scents, giving a complex impression.

The attack is mellow and dry, the acidity is rounded, and the fruit spreads richly in the mouth as well as the aroma, allowing you to enjoy a long aftertaste.
