H-acca, Cantina Hiro's main series, specializes in Italian grape varieties.
It uses Nebbiolo and Lambrusco grown in their own vineyards in Makioka-cho.

Clear ruby red.
Initial aromas of berries such as strawberry, raspberry, and wildberry, along with red fruits.
Further secondary and tertiary aromas of ripe fig, pomegranate, prune, eucalyptus wood, hay, and soybeans spread out.

On the palate, you'll feel the characteristic astringency of Nebbiolo.
A medium-bodied red wine with high acidity and high fruit flavor.

Fermentation: 34 days in stainless steel tanks
Aging: Approximately 5 months in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels
