This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with handmade koji and "Raiden-sama no Shimizu," snowmelt water from Hakkaisan that springs from the earth.

By combining Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku polished to 45% with Miyama Nishiki, this sake achieves Hakkaisan's signature crisp and refreshing taste, despite being a Junmai.
Its clear and pristine flavor, coupled with a subtly spreading elegant sweetness, enhances any meal.
