This is truly hyper-dry sake with a sake meter value of +21! Zero sugar = no sweetness!!

Among the Junmai sakes currently available, this one is classified as particularly dry.
Glucose, the source of sweetness, is kept below the detection limit and the sake is bottled and pasteurized immediately after pressing, maintaining what is known as "zero sugar."

There is a concept of complete fermentation in sake, which is when the sugar content reaches zero and the yeast can no longer ferment the sake.
The harsh environment of sake meter value of +20 or higher and zero sugar pushes the yeast to its limits.
The complex flavors and slight bitterness produced by the yeast's struggle are evidence that this sake is close to the definition of complete fermentation.

If Hinomaru Brewery's signature brand, Mansaku no Hana, is a sake that pairs well with food, then Hinomaru HYPER DRY can be described as a more assertive and stimulating type, with its unique flavor running through your mouth.

We recommend drinking it at room temperature first, and then drinking it on the rocks if you find it too strong.
