・What is Iki shochu?
Iki Shochu is an authentic barley shochu produced in Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture.
It is decided to use barley and water in Iki city as raw materials. Also, some barley shochu uses barley malt, but Iki shochu uses only rice malt.
The charm of Iki shochu is the unique sweetness created by using rice malt and the sharp mouthfeel that comes from using Iki's underground water, which is rich in minerals.
