Won the Grand Prix in a blind taste test by sommeliers and other professionals!

This umeshu won the "Second Tenman Tenjin Umeshu Competition," which determines Japan's best umeshu, and was awarded the title of "Tenka Gomen."
It is the finest umeshu from the brewery, carefully aged from genshu (undiluted sake) made with 100% carefully selected fresh domestic "Shirokaga" green plums, and finished with natural water, honey, and brandy.

It has a thick, rich, and mellow flavor.
Because it is aged for a long time, it is not just sweet, but also has a complex bitterness, making it a rich umeshu.
Enjoy it on the rocks, with soda, or even with hot water.
