Kyoei-do 2021 Autumn Release Orange 1

The Koshu grapes harvested in late October 2021 are aged in large barrels for approximately half a year.

A slightly cloudy golden yellow color.
The aromas include apple, pear, and peach, as well as floral notes like hawthorn, green grass, tobacco, and hazelnuts.
In the mouth it has a nutty and nutmeg-like spiciness.
The taste is slightly milky, and depending on the temperature in your mouth, the milky, nutty aftertaste lingers for a long time.

We recommend starting with a lower temperature to bring out the full flavor.
Since it has a wide range of aromas, we recommend serving it in a narrow glass.
