This barley shochu was developed by Kagoshima Shuzo, a brewery famous for its sweet potato shochu, for people who don't really like the aroma of sweet potato shochu, but would like to see more distinctive barley shochu.

While most shochu is currently distilled under reduced pressure, we use the ancient normal pressure distillation method to bring out the flavor and aroma of the ingredients, resulting in a crisp shochu.
When you open the bottle, you can smell the fragrant aroma of barley, and when you put it in your mouth, you can taste its sweetness and rich flavor, but it has a smooth finish and goes down smoothly.

The frog depicted on the label is a god who can predict natural disasters and is also considered to be a very auspicious god of fortune.
