This brewery's premium standard sake "Echigo Kagetora" This plum wine is based on sake and uses "Ryu" and has a low sugar content. There are many plum wines based on sake, but this Kagetora plum wine is by far the most popular.

It doesn't have the simple sweet scent that is common in plum wine, but rather a strong, fresh plum scent.
When you put it in your mouth, the perfect balance of sweetness and sourness will whet your appetite, and you'll find yourself asking for another glass!
This plum wine has a refreshing and gentle flavor that harmonizes the clean taste of Echigo Kagetora-ryu with the sourness of the plums.

We recommend drinking it slightly chilled straight, but it's also delicious on the rocks.
