[Turtle Sea Junmai Daiginjo Kinmonnishiki Terroir Gorobei]

Junmai Daiginjo brewed with the challenge of producing the best sake rice using reduced pesticide cultivation.

We use Kinmon Nishiki, which is contract-grown with reduced pesticides at Gorobei Shinden, a branded rice production area in Tsuchiya Sake Brewery's hometown of Saku City, Nagano Prefecture.

It has an apple compote-like aroma, an elegant sweetness, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo with a very well-balanced quality and just the right amount of complexity in flavor.

This bottle expresses the thoughts of Tsuchiya Sake Brewery, which was the first in Nagano Prefecture to commercialize Ginjo sake, and the desire to bet on the potential of Kinmon Nishiki.

・About Tsuchiya Sake Brewing Store Founded in 1909. We named our sake Kame no Umi from the word "Kameju Fukukai," which means "truly auspicious," hoping that it would be served at a feast of joy.
We continue to brew mellow local sake in our historic wooden brewery using underground water from the Chikuma River and sake rice from Sakudaira.
