Kitajima Sake Brewery is located in the rice-growing Omi Plain, and uses the finest sake rice and underground water from the Suzuka Mountains to brew its sake using a careful, handmade process.
This is a genuine sake made with true handmade techniques and love, brewed in small quantities, and fermented and stored at low temperatures. The president himself strictly checks all products, saying, "We won't ship a single bottle of sake we don't like, because that one bottle of sake could be fatal." This is a sake that is filled with the maker's passion. "We want people with a good heart to sell it, and people with a good heart to drink it." That is our wish.
