Made using only Koshu grapes from Katsunuma, and brewed using the sur lie method.
This dry white wine has an exquisite balance of richness and a clean taste, making it a good match for Japanese cuisine as well as French and Italian dishes.

2019vt. won Platinum at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
It was also featured in the manga "Oishinbo" and "Drops of God."
