The name of the sake comes from the bird called the Blue Jay that lives on Amami Oshima, which is also used on the label .
It has a fruity aroma and a sweetness that spreads when you put it in your mouth.

The sweetness is not too strong, so you can enjoy it straight on the rocks, but I would like you to try it on the rocks with a little water.
