[Blue Jay 40° ]

This is a very precious domestic rum.

This gold rum is made entirely in Japan from sugar cane, distilled three times and aged for a long period in oak barrels.
Rich sweetness and deep flavor. A mellow taste that can only be expressed through long-term aging.

The name of the sake comes from the blue jay, a bird that lives on Amami Oshima, and which is also used on the label .
It has a fruity aroma and a sweet taste that spreads when you put it in your mouth, with the unique flavor that comes from barrel aging adding to the flavor.

The sweetness is not overly strong, so it can be enjoyed straight on the rocks, but we recommend adding a little water on the rocks.
It also brings out the sweetness, so I highly recommend it!
