Blue Jay 40° , a precious domestic rum with many fans, was sadly discontinued due to revisions to the Liquor Tax Act, but has now been revamped and released as a white spirit called "Blue Jay White."

40% alcohol, no coloring.
This spirit has evolved even further while still retaining the captivating aroma and sweetness of its predecessor , Blue Jay 40° .

It has a refreshing, not overly sweet taste, so you can enjoy it straight on the rocks, but we recommend adding a little water and drinking it on the rocks.
It also brings out the sweetness, so I highly recommend it!
