A white wine with beautiful acidity and rich fruit flavors

Grapes cultivated and harvested from our own vineyard in Hara Village, Suwa-gun, Nagano Prefecture, are fermented and aged in old barrels with wild yeast.
It has aromas of white peach and honey, fresh fruit flavors, and a light smokiness.

This is a white wine with beautiful acidity and a robust fruit flavor.

Mizukake Distillery (Mizukake Winery) is a small winery in Hara Village, Suwa-gun, Nagano Prefecture, at the foot of Yatsugatake, mainly cultivating Alsatian grape varieties.
Since 2022, they have been producing white, rosé, and sparkling wines using their own grapes.
