This wine is primarily made from Sauvignon Blanc grown in our own fields in the Kanou area of ​​Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture.
It is brewed using wild yeast and without adding sugar or acid.

After a period of maceration with the skins, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and then bottled.
This wine is characterized by its refreshing citrus aroma and herbal aroma derived from the peel, and is satisfying to drink.

Immediately after opening, the wine will be a little hard and it will take some time for the flavor and aroma to come out.
It's fun to drink it now, or let it sit for a while and wait a while!
