Natan Winery is an extremely small winery operated by female winemaker Ms. Namika Inoshita.
She used to work as a sommelier, but wanting to know more about wine, she chose the path of winemaking and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Wines from Natan Winery are 'additive-free,' 'unfined,' and 'unfiltered,' with minimal or no added sulfites.
Their basic principle is to maximize the individuality of each grape, relying on environmental resources like temperature and gases rather than additives to bring out the flavors.
They aim to produce natural wines that allow you to savor the ingredients as they are.
