Natan Winery is an extremely small winery run by Namika Inoshita, a female winemaker.
I used to run a wine business as a sommelier, but I wanted to know more about wine, so I chose the path of winemaking and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wine is ``no additives,'' ``no fining,'' and ``unfiltered,'' and contains minimal or no antioxidants.
Our motto is to make use of the individuality of each grape, and to bring out the flavor in conjunction with environmental resources such as temperature and gas, without relying on additives.
We make natural wines that allow you to enjoy the true nature of the ingredients.
