[Izumibashi Natsu Yago Blue Junmai Genshu]

A summer-limited sake that is rich yet refreshing

This is a summer sake series with labels depicting the life of the red dragonflies, the symbol of Izumibashi Sake Brewery!

It has a refreshing aroma with notes of papaya, green apple, lime, and juniper berries, accompanied by a touch of acidity.
With a slightly sharp mouthfeel, this sake is refreshing yet robust, characteristic of a Genshu, with a savory, dry taste.

It can be enjoyed chilled or even warmed (atsukan).
As it is a Genshu with 18% alcohol, if you find it too strong, we recommend drinking it on the rocks or with soda.

It pairs well with summer vegetables, BBQ meats, and seared bonito (katsu no tataki).
