In order to preserve the original aroma of the variety, we try to keep the juice from coming into contact with air as much as possible, and use stainless steel tanks for fermentation and aging.

A refreshing citrus scent reminiscent of grapefruit and passion fruit.

It is a crisp, dry wine with a pleasant fruitiness and moderate acidity, making it food-friendly.

It goes well with dishes that use herbs and citrus fruits, such as mountain vegetable tempura, herb-grilled chicken, and fish meunière with lemon sauce.
