Yamasake No. 4 , a sake rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture, is characterized by a good balance of refreshing sweetness and refreshing acidity.
While taking advantage of this characteristic, we use white koji, which generates citric acid, to give it an even more refreshing sour taste.

The scent is bright, like citrus fruits and young grass, and the taste is very refreshing, like a mixed juice of sweet and sour strawberries and apples.
