This is a standard Junmai Ginjo sake from the popular ``Hiko Series''.
A delicious sake with an elegant fruit aroma and a light, fresh rice flavor.

The scent is not too strong , but is reminiscent of elegant fruits.When you put it in your mouth, the fresh fruit, gentle and beautiful acidity and sweetness spread out, and it finishes very smoothly.
Unlike the traditional image of light and dry Niigata sake, this Junmai Ginjo sake has a rich and delicious taste.

～About Hishiko～
Hishiko is a brand created by the production manager of Photoraku who moved to Mineno Hakubai Sake Brewery with the aim of creating the sake he truly wanted to make.

・Origin of the name
Calligrapher at the end of the Edo period Makibiko is from Fukui Village, where the brewery is located.
It was named after the name of a great local figure and became the crown of the brand.
The font used for the product name was taken from Makibiko's handwriting.
Currently, breweries across the country are working hard to create a new type of sake. We are continuing to experiment with how to incorporate the essence of a new era into traditional culture. Mineno Hakubai has taken the first step towards such a new challenge.
