"Sabu" is a blended whiskey that embodies Japanese aesthetic sense and the culture of Toyama, produced by Saburomaru Distillery, which is rooted in the Tonami Plain in Toyama Prefecture and is taking on the world.

This blended whisky is inspired by the beautiful landscape of rice paddies dyed red as far as the eye can see.

-The following are the brewery's tasting notes: Nose: Salty, calm woodiness, orange, ash, subtle wax, caramel, and a smoky aroma that envelops the whole.

Taste: Smooth, full-bodied and rounded sweetness, caramel, smoke and red apple. As a blended wine, it has enough body and is satisfying to drink. The aftertaste is woody and rounded sweetness.
