THE SUN, which has been released in limited quantities annually as a premium blended whisky to replace the MOON GLOW series, will unfortunately be discontinued with this release.

A peaty and aromatic collaboration woven from Saburomaru malt and house-aged grain. The Saburomaru malt, which makes up the majority, primarily uses whiskies aged in bourbon casks, as well as whiskies aged in "Mizunara head casks" and "roasted casks" processed at a cooperage in Toyama Prefecture's Tonami City.

It forms a smoky, rich, yet delicate flavor profile characteristic of Saburomaru. The grain whisky, aged for over 12 years and then further house-aged, gently envelops the strong flavors of the malt whisky, creating a magnificent harmony.
