Made entirely from Koshu Yume Sansui from Yamanashi Prefecture.
We use Koshu Yume Sansui from Yamanashi Prefecture, and brew it with Gozensui from the sacred Mt. Fuji, one of Japan's most famous waters.
When you add it, a beautiful aroma and a round, round flavor will spread gently in your mouth.
This is a sake that comes with meals where you can enjoy the refreshing, slightly fruity taste of Koshu Yume Sansui, as well as the flavor and umami of rice.
