You can feel the sophisticated and gentle aroma of rice, and the firm depth typical of Omachi.
The popular sake rice ``Omachi'', which can express the flavor of rice comparable to Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice, is intentionally unpolished to bring out the power of the rice to its fullest.

The aroma is reminiscent of bananas derived from yeast, and the flavor is typical of Omachi, with a sharp aftertaste.
