It is a limited edition summer sake that is pleasant to drink, with just the right amount of rice flavor and the freshness of raw sake.

○ About Sugiyasu Warabioka Sake Brewery
This sake brewery is located at the foot of Mt. Chokai, where a chimney for firing pots towers out of a small village on the border between Yamagata and Akita prefectures.
The sake is all handmade and of high quality, but most of it is a hidden local sake that is only consumed locally.
