POP and casual sparkling white wine
This wine is made from grapes from the ``Budo to Ikikiru'' group, which was established to save vineyards in the Honzawa district of Yamagata City from being abandoned.
Fully ripe Delaware is fermented slowly and naturally at low temperatures, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle.
This is our first white-brewed foam, so that you can directly enjoy the healthy nuances grown through careful grape management.
It is fruity and light, and although the acidity typical of Yamagata has been overshadowed by this year's intense heat, please enjoy the fruity taste.
