【Tenshi no Yuwaku (Angel's Temptation)】

Long-term barrel-aged sweet potato shochu recognized worldwide

This sweet potato shochu has won the prestigious IWSC (International Wine & Spirit Competition) Grand Gold and Trophy in the past.

The special unmatured sake (40% alcohol by volume) is aged for 10 years in carefully selected sherry barrels.
The color is a pale amber, and the faint sweetness and elegant umami that lingers on the palate are indeed characteristics of sweet potato. The passage of time has cultivated a rich and mellow flavor, deepening and brightening the sweet potato aroma.
The depth and richness of flavor, and the rising aroma, characteristic of a long-aged sake, expand the enjoyment of authentic shochu.

The name "Tenshi no Yuwaku" (Angel's Temptation) comes from the term "angel's share," which refers to the slight reduction in volume due to alcohol evaporation during long-term aging.
