This is a wine made from the play that I felt during the assemblage of GROOOVE NIKU YARO 2022 .
With the softness of Merlot and the mellow flavor of Berry A, we are conscious of its compatibility with meat dishes that are richer in aroma, such as lamb ribs and Genghis Khan.

GROOOVE NIKU YARO 2022 was made to go with a wide range of meat dishes, but I think this "Ura Niku YARO" will allow you to enjoy the fun of Japanese grapes even more.
Because lactic acid fermentation takes place inside the bottle, it has a slightly effervescent feel when you open it.
Two days after opening, the slight carbonation disappears, and the wine is enveloped in a strong milk aroma, with just the right amount of tannins and crisp acidity.
The taste changes to one that you want to drink while stuffing your mouth with semi-hard cheese.
