[Yamashiroya -daku- Nigorizake]

Dry and slightly foamy! A maniac spring cloudy sake that will roar the connoisseurs!

The Yamashiroya series ( 1st class , standard class ) is blended to match Nigorizake, and Yamashiroya 1st class moromi is filtered until it becomes smooth.

It has an active cloudy finish that feels carbonic acid, and the foaming feeling lasts for a long time.
Because the moromi is raw, the sweetness gradually decreases with the passage of time due to secondary fermentation in the bottle, and the effervescence becomes stronger, making for an interesting style.

It is a slightly fizzy, dry sake with a mild aroma and very little sweetness that makes your meal even more enjoyable.
It goes well with tempura of cod sprouts and butterbur sprouts, as well as red sea bream and first bonito that are in season.
