It uses Cabernet Franc and Kanizawa grapes from Kayakari, and Muscat Bailey A from Oizumi. In 2024, some grapes from Senba were also used.

A pale, alluring ruby color.
The aroma is bright, with notes of shiso and raspberry that are well balanced.
It's a good balance of charm and seductiveness.

The aroma of cranberry, dark cherry and strawberry slowly rises, with hints of forest and humus.
It has a strong acidity and a hint of plum and shiso, and the lingering finish transforms into a southern spice.
