Fattoria AL FIORE began planting its own grapes and contract brewing in 2015, and despite twists and turns, has gradually harvested grapes.
However, using only their own grapes would result in a very small quantity, such as one or two barrels, so they brew a substantial amount by blending with grapes from more reliable growers.

The taste, aroma, body, and overall balance are of a quality that rivals their flagship Fattoria AL FIORE series, thanks to their cultivated brewing techniques and the wonderful grapes from the farmers, resulting in a fully satisfying product.

Fattoria AL FIORE makes wine in a renovated gymnasium of a closed school in Miyagi Prefecture.
Aiming to "remain a wine that expresses the grapes as they are," they focus not on superficial impact, but on wines that, with each taste, subtly convey their inherent quality. They produce natural wines without added sugar, added acid, or sulfur dioxide, and are unfiltered.
