The "Muichibutsu" secret version, which allows you to enjoy the original flavor of barrel aging, has been brushed up and is now back!

" Muichimotsu " is a well-known barrel-aged barley shochu, and is a popular shochu at our store.
We have now received "Ura Muichibutsu," which is even more special than " Muichibutsu " and is shipped once a year in a limited run of 2,000 bottles.

Now, this "Ura Muichibutsu" has been re-released with a new base malt brewed and further aged to bring out even more of the oak aroma and flavor.

The alcohol content is adjusted to 31% to bring out the complex, noble aroma and concentrated flavor of each barrel.
The color intensity is three times darker than the existing Muichimono.
Please enjoy this precious sake that allows you to experience the inherent flavor of barrel aging.
